The pupils took their National Physical Fitness Assessment (NAPFA) test last week. NAPFA was launched in 1982 as a standardised assessment of overall fitness for the general population and to stimulate interest in physical fitness. There are 5 stations and a 1.6km run that the pupils need to complete. The pupils completed their 1.6km a week ago.

Mrs Jessie Eng led the class in some stretching exercise before they attempted the 5 stations.
